Donations


Mountainview Blueberry Farm is grateful for your continued support.  We aim to give back to our regional community.  If you are seeking a raffle prize or similar donation, we may be able to provide tickets that would suit your needs.  Because of the high volume of requests, we are not always able to fulfill all of them, but do our best to fill as many as possible. All requests must be made at least 15 days before the donation is needed.  If you do not receive a response within 5-days we were unable to fulfill your request.  Please do not show up and ask.


To submit your request please send an email or letter on your organization's official letterhead (no phone calls pleasethat provides the following:


Description of organization
Specifics of whom the event will benefit
Date and name of event
Name, phone number and email of contact person
Is your organization a non-profit?

Has your organization received a donation in previous years?
Potential number of attendees
Any promotional benefits?

Sunflower Festival Photography Policy

Photography Policy

We love that you choose to be our guest and capture the beauty of the farm for your backdrops. We look forward to hosting you on the farm and seeing the beautiful photos that you share. We welcome you to take photos and make memories amongst the Sunflowers and to please follow the guidelines listed below. 

 

Friends & Family Photos – Amateur Photographers (non-paid)

  • All persons including photographers must pay admission to the farm. You are required to wear wristbands on the farm. We will work with you on how to wear wristbands, so they do not interfere with your photos.

  • Photography is allowed during our regular business hours only.

  • We allow phones and cameras only. Drones, props, ladders, step stools and lighting are not allowed.

  • Please be considerate of all guests enjoying the farm – do not be in their way and do not ask them to move.

  • All persons must stay within the public areas of the farm.

  • Pets are not allowed on the farm or for photos.

  • All photos shall be family friendly in nature.

  • Mountainview Blueberry Farm assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.

  • We encourage you to share photos on the various social media platforms. Please tag Mountainview Blueberry Farm when doing so.

  • If you have any photographs you would like to share with us for marketing purposes, please send them to info@MountainviewBlueberryFarm.com with a written statement giving us permission to use your photos, the name of the people in the photo, their ages and the name of the photographer.

Professional Photographers

Limited Golden Hour Sessions: Offered each season for professional photographers to purchase for booking client sessions on select dates.

  • This ticket should only be purchased by professional photographers to use for booking sessions with their clients.

  • Individual tickets are not needed for these special sessions.

Guidelines:

  • Must follow all the above guidelines for amateur photographers, as well as those listed below

  • Ensure your clients have your cell phone number to contact you on the farm. Our staff will not be responsible for these arrangements

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Boudoir and nudity photos are not permitted.

  • Drones are not allowed.

  • Photographers and their clients must stay out of off-limits areas.

  • As the photographer, you are responsible for the behavior and safety of your clients.

  • Photographers and clients may not take down, dismantle, replace, or relocate any item set up by Mountainview Blueberry Farm. 

  • Professional photographers are only allowed mini-sessions during the Sunflower Festival's regular business hours.

Advertising and Mass Media:

Photo Sharing:

  • We encourage you to share your photos on various social media platforms and tag.

  • Photo Credit/Social Media.  All photos shall be identified as being photographed at Mountainview Blueberry Farm. Any online photo galleries or images shall include a link to our website www.mountainviewblueberryfarm.com.

  • When posting photos online or on social media, Mountainview Blueberry Farm requests attribution and asks that photos be tagged @MountainviewBlueberryFarm and #MountainviewBlueberryFarm.

  • We request professional photographers share at least one photo from each session with us for possible marketing purposes. Please send them to info@MountainviewBlueberryFarm.com with a written statement granting us permission to use your photos, including the names of the people in the photos, their ages, and the name of the photographer.

Event Waiver

Event Waiver

 

By entering Mountainview Blueberry Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Mountainview Blueberry Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Mountainview Blueberry Farm, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever.

Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such an injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable and valid for dates identified on ticket. Farm hours & operating days are subject to change without notice due to weather or other reasons. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Mountainview Blueberry Farm may close attractions without notice.
